PROMOTION TERMS
1) For current tenants. The additional unit goes on your existing account, in the same name, using the card on file.
2) The special price applies to the first 6 months of the additional unit's rental. After 6 months the unit moves to our regular rate for that unit.
3) The rental must start on or before Thursday, December 24, 2026, with the first month paid. Your account must be current when the unit is rented.
4) Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If any payment on any unit on your account is received after 11:59 PM Central Time on the 5th of the month, the special price ends and the unit moves to the regular rate starting the next month. Late fees apply as set in the rental agreement.
5) Protection coverage is required on the unit, through your own homeowners or renters insurance approved by SafeLease, or through our tenant protection plan starting at $12 a month.
6) You sign our Additional Unit Promotion Terms and a rental agreement for the new unit. All other terms of the rental agreement apply.
7) A limited number of units are available at these prices, while they last.
8) We may change or end this promotion at any time, for any reason, without notice. Ending it stops new rentals under the promotion. A unit already rented under the promotion keeps its special price for its full 6 months as long as the account stays current, as set out in its signed Additional Unit Promotion Terms.
